IMG_1760There is a fossicking are where you can fossick for your own thunder eggs….Loads of dirt is brought here from the Volcanic area and tourists are invited to try their luck. You get a bucket for washing the stones, and then the shop will cut them for you if you find rocks that are worth cutting….

IMG_1873It is too hot for me to go out in the midday sun and fossick, so I am sitting in my campervan enjoying a small breeze as the day passes…Here at night the sky is full of stars and last night the full moon made the outside look almost like day.
